These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.almawakening.org (“Website”) operated by Almawakening Foundation, a nonprofit organization incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 with its office at Infocity II, D5, Phase 2, Info Technology Park, Sector 33, Gurugram, Haryana – 122004, India (“Foundation”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website.

1. Definitions

“Foundation” means Almawakening Foundation.

“Website” means the online platform accessible at www.almawakening.org including all related pages and digital services.

“User” means any individual accessing or interacting with the Website.

“Services” means programs, informational materials, donation facilities, volunteer registrations, events, campaigns, and related initiatives offered through the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information regarding the Foundation’s charitable mission and initiatives including disability inclusion, women empowerment, education programs, community outreach initiatives, fundraising campaigns, volunteer opportunities, and public awareness resources.
