EAEA isn’t just an event - it’s a lived journey, transformed into a movement.
Born from Alma’s personal experience with disability and her relentless spirit, Empowering Abilities, Enabling Access is proof that courage can build communities, and lived challenges can light the path for many.
What began as Alma’s journey of resilience - from a young athlete navigating a sudden neurological condition to rediscovering her identity, voice, and purpose - has grown into a mission that welcomes every story, every ability, and every dream.
Through the Almawakening Foundation, Alma turned her personal milestones into a platform for inclusion, accessibility, and belonging. EAEA carries forward that mission - creating spaces where barriers are challenged, talents are celebrated, and everyone gets to show up as who they are.
Today, EAEA stands as a reminder that strength comes in many forms, support changes lives, and every person deserves the chance to be seen, heard, and included.
This is not just an event.
It is a celebration of ability, community, pride – and the belief that we rise when everyone rises.
At EAEA, we don’t just talk about inclusion – we practice it.
We cheer for every performer, embrace every perspective, learn new ways to support one another, and build a culture where belonging isn’t a courtesy – it’s a right.
This is where voices get louder, confidence grows stronger, and acceptance becomes action.
Where barriers break, friendships form, and possibilities open – not just for a day, but for the future we are shaping together.
Because the journey toward accessibility and acceptance is not a single moment – it’s a movement, and everyone is invited to be a part of it.
A two-day, multi-venue celebration of inclusion and expression across Delhi-NCR.
EAEA 2025 brings together performers, creators, allies, and accessibility advocates through:
Where ability takes the stage - and everyone can participate.
EAEA is designed to make inclusion real, felt, and joyful - not just spoken about.
Expect:
Inclusion you can see, feel, and be a part of.
EAEA stands for dignity, visibility, and equal opportunity for every ability.
This event helps:
Because inclusion isn’t a theory - it’s a practice we build together.

Win exciting goodies and surprises as we celebrate community, cheer, and togetherness. Every participant stands a chance to win — because inclusion feels even better with joy and rewards!

A stage where abilities shine and creativity has no limits. From singing and dance to poetry, music, and unique talents — come watch voices and stories come alive.

A friendly & thought-provoking debate-game that encourages ideas, dialogue, and perspectives on inclusion, empathy, and accessibility in everyday life.
What began as a vision to make public spaces inclusive has grown into an inspiring movement where creativity, awareness, and accessibility come together. Guided by lived experience and collective purpose, EAEA has become a platform where every voice matters and every ability is celebrated. Together, we’re not just hosting an event - we’re shaping a future where inclusion is a lifestyle.
EAEA brings people, allies, creators, and change-makers together to:

Not every battle is visible. Some are fought quietly.
Meet @mrs_sassycurls. She lives with Functional Neurological Disorder, a condition where the brain and body stop communicating the way they should.
Every scan still comes back clear, which is why she so often hears, "but you don`t look sick."
Instead of stepping back, she picked up her phone and documented all of it: the setbacks, the slow progress, the small wins.
Today thousands of people who once felt invisible finally feel seen. That is what awareness does.
Go follow her, and share this. The people fighting battles you cannot see deserve to be recognised.

16% of the world is differently abled. How often do you see that on your screen, in your stories, or at the top of the table?
Representation is not about ticking a box. It is about showing what is possible.
When differently abled people are visible in media, leadership, sport, and everyday life, stereotypes start to crack. Visibility builds belief. Belief opens doors.

A film about two women loving each other was labelled "offensive". But degrading women on screen is still called "entertainment". Who decides what is decent?
Stalking? Romantic. Slapping? Dramatic. Kidnapping? Classic. But love between two women? Indecent.
The outrage was never about morality. It was about control. About who gets to love and who gets to be seen.
Swipe through. See what Bollywood called `decent` and what it did not.

A ramp is not a favour. A lift is not generosity. An accessible entrance is not "going the extra mile".
It is the starting line. And differently abled individuals deserve to stand on it, just like everyone else.

Quick question: when a differently abled person can`t enter a building, do you blame the person or the building?
Exactly.
The wall was never the differently abled community`s problem. It was everyone else`s blind spot.

What if the hardest part isn`t what you`re going through—
but constantly having to explain it?
For many differently abled individuals, assumptions can be as exhausting as the barriers themselves.
In this social experiment, participants share the comments they`ve heard, the labels they`ve been given, and how those experiences affect their mental well-being.
No filters.
No scripts.
Just honest conversations.
Watch with an open mind.
You may leave with a different perspective than the one you started with.

Empowerment does not start with sympathy. It starts with inclusion.
When a differently abled person gets access — not favours, not pity, just access — something shifts. They do not need you to light the way. They need you to stop blocking the switch.
Inclusive classrooms. Inclusive workplaces. Inclusive conversations. That is not extra effort. That is the bare minimum for a world that works for everyone.
Stop treating differently abled individuals as a limitation. Start seeing them as part of human potential.
