Duality

This second Mayan message talks about the duality of this universe vis a vie karma.

This universe was created to allow for free will, the expression of which allows us to experience the good and the bad. In our universe where there is up, there is down; where there is cold, there is also hot and where there is light, there is dark.

Spirit guides, such as the Day Keepers help all people alike: the accuser, the accused, the victim, and the perpetrator.  Spirit guides guide the individual to achieve what they want, to achieve joy. As stated in the previous message, judgments are not made, only aid is given to fulfill the experience wished. Although no judgments are made on our actions, there is a “Review Process’ in the next realm that will enlighten us with the affects others endured due to our interactions with them.  So in effect, we will experience the consequences of all our actions.

Take time each day to reflect on your thoughts, words and emotions. Be mindful of your actions and reactions. The first step in any healing process is to be aware there is a problem. The next step is to find solutions to those problems. You have everything within yourself to create a balanced and centered life.

When prejudice become practice

Prejudice

Prejudice turns us against eachother

If you are like most people you will deny that you are prejudice. What is prejudice? It’s an intolerance, a bias, or even a disliking that we have. It is natural to have prejudices, but becomes problematic when we become offensive or discriminatory based on them. People learn prejudicial behavior, and if we repeatedly reject or condemn something due to our prejudgments the behavior is strengthened and becomes a form of hate. People generally are scared of what they don’t know and hence construct an opinion based on their notion. If one is too scared, hesitant, or unaware of how to cope with something forming a preconceived notion is the easiest way to understanding that thing.

When I was in high school, my classmates used to call and my lazy and drunk. If you read my story you know that I have a condition and comments like this are hurtful, at the least. My classmates did not know what to make of my abnormal gait, so based on the knowledge available to them [most kids at that age drink and intoxication produces abnormal gait] they jumped to the most logical conclusion [she must be drunk]. Why do people feel the necessity to pass negative comments about what they don’t know? If something is different or deviates from the norm, the instinctive reaction is to condemn it.

Prejudice narrows our vision to Include things we dislike

Prejudice narrows our vision to Include things we dislike

When you force yourself out the natural tendency to form prejudgments you liberate your mind from the bonds that preconceived notions form. Permitting your mind to create, imagine, and think of outcomes different from what your experience says, you allow for a more positive understanding of the outcome. If you form a prejudice based on fear or experience you limit yourself to the negative possibilities that ruminate in your mind. So liberate yourself and start expecting unexpected outcomes.
